Payment Information: if you choose to subscribe to our services, we may collect and process payment information, including billing details, credit card information, or other payment methods, but we do not store this information. We use Stripe for this purpose.

Case 1: as a Free registered user, if you have not logged in over 12 months we will delete your account 30 days after sending you a notification, unless you login.
Case 2: as a Starter or Pro plan user, 12 months after the end of your subscription we will delete your account 30 days after sending you a notification, unless you login. However, we may retain some information required to meet our tax and accounting obligations.
Case 3: if you have requested to delete your account we will only keep some information required to meet our tax and accounting obligations.
Newsletter subscribers' information is kept until consent is withdrawn using the "unsubscribe" functionality.
